Management of the Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO) has reviewed the draft Half-Yearly Work Plan and Budget for 2026 during a strategic management meeting aimed at strengthening planning and implementation processes within the institution.
The meeting was conducted by the Planning Manager, Chrisla Alberta Koroma, on behalf of the Managing Director, and brought together senior management staff from various departments of the company.
Among those in attendance were the Director of Human Resources, Joe Ansu Foray Esq.; Director of Policy and Research, Saffa S.K. Bockarie; Director of Finance, Frank Lahai Kamara; Director of Internal Audit, Ama Mbayo; and other senior officials of the company.
During the session, the Planning Manager presented the key outputs, activities, timelines, and responsibilities outlined in the draft work plan and budget.
Management carefully reviewed the document, made corrections, and provided recommendations to ensure that directors fully understand their work plans and budget allocations for effective implementation and monitoring.
SALWACO stated that the engagement forms part of its ongoing commitment to accountability, effective planning, and the achievement of its strategic development objectives.
