Vice President of Sierra Leone, Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, recently met with members of the Sierra Leonean diaspora during his working visit to London.
Dr. Jalloh joined the Sierra Leone Muslim community for Juma prayers at North Brixton Mosque and held several community meetings. He emphasized the importance of religious tolerance, unity, and national cohesion. The Vice President praised Sierra Leoneans in the UK for their commitment to peace and interfaith harmony, and encouraged them to continue supporting their families back home.

The events attracted hundreds of attendees, including community leaders, students, professionals, and youth groups. Dr. Jalloh updated the diaspora on government progress in education, health, and governance, reaffirming the government’s dedication to working with Sierra Leoneans abroad as key partners in national development.
In a show of solidarity, he also joined the Leone Stars Veteran Football Team in London, highlighting the role of sports in promoting unity and enhancing Sierra Leone’s image internationally.
The Vice President’s visit strengthened national pride and unity among Sierra Leoneans living overseas.
