The Sierra Leone Football Association’s Transition Committee (TC) has begun its functional review with direct engagements with key SLFA staff, including the Heads of Finance, Administration, Competitions and Media & Marketing.

TC Chairman Dr. Isaac Massaquoi said the Committee’s task, as outlined in its Terms of Reference, was to “conduct a fair and thorough review” and cautioned against staff releasing any information that could “jeopardize the Committee’s work.”
Governance Lead, Sirajin Rollings-Kamara engaged Head of Competition on general football administration and enquired about facilities, logistics, noting that the process would continue with other heads of departments.
Finance Lead, George Moore, clarified that “this is not an audit but a review to establish a baseline of income, projects, assets, liabilities, and obligations,” while HR Lead, Aruna Mans Davies, stressed the aim was to “aspire to best practice” through operational and administrative review.
Legal Lead, Isha Bawoh Esq., noted that her focus would be on ensuring “compliance with the FA constitution, rules, and contracts” and tackling ethical issues such as match-fixing.
