QCell Sierra Leone has officially opened a new Customer Care Shop at Kambia 2 Check Point, strengthening its efforts to bring telecom and mobile money services closer to communities.

The opening attracted community leaders, local authorities, traders, youth representatives, and residents, who gathered to witness the commissioning of the new outlet.
Speaking at the ceremony, a QCell representative said the shop will serve as a one-stop centre for SIM registration, customer support, mobile services, and QMoney transactions. The facility is expected to improve service delivery and reduce the need for customers to travel long distances to access support.

The event also featured a QMoney sensitization session, where customers were educated on the use of the mobile money platform for secure transfers, bill payments, and daily transactions. Residents were encouraged to dial *323# to access QMoney services.
Community leaders welcomed the new shop, describing it as a boost to communication, financial inclusion, and local economic activity in Kambia.
QCell said the opening forms part of its nationwide expansion drive aimed at improving connectivity and delivering reliable and customer-focused digital solutions across Sierra Leone.
