The Minister of Youth Affairs, Ibrahim Sannoh, visited the Baghdad Atire Base in Kenema to engage directly with young people on issues affecting their development and opportunities.
During the visit, Minister Sannoh held open discussions with youth members, listening to their aspirations, challenges, and expectations from government.
He emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to expanding youth empowerment initiatives and ensuring that young people’s voices are central to national development.
In a symbolic gesture, the youth officially inducted Minister Sannoh as one of their own, highlighting the respect and trust they have for his approachable leadership style.
The visit underscores the Ministry’s focus on connecting with youth, fostering dialogue, and building partnerships that strengthen youth governance across Sierra Leone.
