President Julius Maada Bio has reaffirmed his government’s commitment to national development during a high-level engagement with Sierra Leonean diaspora community leaders in Washington DC.
The event served as a platform to highlight the country’s progress and rally continued support from Sierra Leoneans abroad.
Speaking to an audience of prominent diaspora figures, President Bio outlined key achievements under his leadership across several critical sectors, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, governance, and the empowerment and protection of women and girls.
