Ambassador Ndomahina Concludes a Successful 76th ExCOM

Sierra Leone’s Commissioner of the National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), Ambassador Chief Ernest Mbaimba Ndomahina, has marked the conclusion of the 76th Session of the Executive Committee of the High Commissioner’s Programme (ExCom), convened by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), with a special appreciation on behalf of His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio to the staff of the Sierra Leone Permanent Mission in Geneva.

Commissioner Ambassador Ndomahina thanked the staff for their hospitality and relentless commitment to amplifying President Julius Maada Bio’s Big Five Game Changers at both the multilateral and bilateral levels.

“Your Mission is doing well in all aspects of the President’s agenda in transforming the socio-economic environment and growth of Sierra Leone. Continue to do your work and push the interest of the country at the diplomatic level. I believe the President and the people of Sierra Leone appreciate your endeavours. My team from NaCSA will always remember your hard work, teamwork, and the hospitality accorded to my team,” he said.

Commissioner Ambassador Chief Ernest Mbaimba Ndomahina participated in this year’s global event of exceptional significance for refugees across the world in Geneva, from October 6th to 10th, 2025.

On behalf of the staff, the Minister Counsellor and Head of Chancery, Mr. Edward Kawa, thanked the Commissioner for his work in promoting livelihoods for the most vulnerable, and for the recognition of the work of the Sierra Leone Geneva team.

He assured the Commissioner of the Mission’s continued teamwork and dedication to amplifying the government’s interests in multilateral and bilateral discussions in the best interest of the country.
