The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has announced the start of an investigation into the Director of the Sierra Leone Law School, Dr. Abu Bakarr Bangura, following a formal complaint from the Council of Legal Education.
The ACC stated that it aims to complete the investigation within a month and called on all parties involved to provide full cooperation.
The Director has denied any wrongdoing, stating that certain individuals were targeting him because he refused to succumb to their demands.
The Commission also reassured the public of its ongoing commitment to fighting corruption within Sierra Leone’s public sector.
