SALHOC, Keystone Seal Housing Deal

Keystone One Properties Investment has officially launched its operations in Sierra Leone, alongside unveiling a strategic partnership with the Sierra Leone Housing Corporation (SALHOC) and a new luxury apartment project.

The launch event brought together key stakeholders from SALHOC, including Board Chairman Madam Kaday Zoronkong, General Manager Joseph Munda Sandi, Deputy General Manager Emmanuell Tommy, and other officials. Keystone One Properties, an international real estate and urban planning company with a presence in Dubai, aims to support infrastructure

development and urban growth in Sierra Leone through services such as property sales, investment consultation, and land verification.

Speaking at the event, CEO Esther Finda Bangali said the company is committed to promoting development and creating opportunities in the country. She described the partnership as a step toward community-driven growth and improved housing.

SALHOC General Manager Joseph Munda Sandi welcomed the collaboration, noting that it will help address the country’s housing deficit, estimated at nearly one million units. He emphasized the importance of partnerships in meeting the government’s housing targets.

The event ended with the official unveiling of the luxury apartment project, marking a new step in efforts to improve housing in Sierra Leone.
