President of the Sierra Leone Football Association, Babadi Kamara, celebrated with Leone Stars as they beat Ethiopia 2-0 on Tuesday in Monrovia, Liberia.

Momoh Kamara put the West Africans in front in the 37th minute before Alhassan Koroma’s solo goal in stoppage time.
President Babadi jubilated in the VVIP stands when both goals were scored, showing the enthusiasm and love he has for the game.
Sierra Leone have secured 12 points from eight games, closing the gap on Burkina Faso with 14.
The Leone Stars will also be hoping for an Egypt victory today, which would further boost their qualification chances.
They will face the Burkinabes on 6th October 2025 in Liberia and an away fixture to Djibouti 7 days later to complete the qualifying series.
Sierra Leoneans at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Stadium danced with President Babadi while congratulating the team for a well-deserved victory.
